Job Description
Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary is seeking a Senior Education/Trainer Subject Matter Expert to develop, deliver, and improve training programs in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cybersecurity and apply innovative training techniques. The role involves mentoring other trainers, leading training initiatives, and driving measurable improvements in cybersecurity knowledge assessments.

Requirements

  • Develop, enhance, deliver, and modernize training content.
  • Validate training content and mentor the training team.
  • Apply innovative training techniques (gamification, experiential learning, AI-assisted training design).
  • Lead development of interactive, experiential, and problem-based learning content.
  • Stakeholder collaboration.
  • Drive measurable improvements in cybersecurity knowledge assessments (e.g., 25% improved post-training score).
  • Support LMS reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply AI-driven course development techniques and emerging instructional technologies.
