Job Description
Senior EHS Specialist role at In-N-Out Burger to lead the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of safety programs across non-restaurant facilities. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive program gap analyses, interpreting regulatory requirements, and translating those requirements into practical safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience with safety, risk management, lock out tag out (LOTO), hazard communication, emergency action planning, ergonomics and materials handling, root cause and incident analysis
  • 3+ years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's or Technical degree in Safety Engineering, Medical Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or other closely related field
  • OSHA 30-Hour (General Industry) and First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910) with demonstrated experience applying them in a high-hazard food production environment
