Job Description
P2S is an award-winning engineering firm seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join their San Diego office. The role involves managing electrical design projects, leading a team of design engineers, and collaborating with other disciplines. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, a Registered Professional Engineer License, and experience with AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit.

Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Registered Professional Engineer License required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to manage projects, PM experience preferred
  • Able to lead electrical design projects and a team of design engineers
  • Demonstrate project management skills.
  • Experience using AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit required
  • Familiar with HCAI requirements
  • Be self-motivated, inquisitive, detail-oriented, adept at looking at underlying issues, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong record-keeping and organizational skills
