Role OverviewAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead electrical design for water/wastewater projects, provide technical guidance to engineering and technician staff, and serve as a technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems.

You will lead electrical design, provide technical guidance, serve as a technical expert, support business development, build business relationships with clients, and participate in additional project opportunities such as studies, construction inspection, and coordination with local electrical utilities.

Requirements
- Professional Engineer's license in MD or another US jurisdiction
- 11 years in electrical design, planning and construction services
- Consulting and Water/Wastewater experience preferred
- Experience in medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, including variable frequency drives and standby diesel generators
- Experience in a client-facing/business development role
- Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus
