Role OverviewThe Senior Electrical Engineer functions as the overall technical lead for the Fed-Florida Business Unit projects, responsible for technical quality, project management, and business development. The role requires adaptability and versatility, with a focus on electrical engineering, design, and construction management.
What You Will Do
Perform project direct billable functions, oversee discipline-specific personnel, perform engineering tasks, and adhere to Project Management Plans and Quality Control programs. Participate in business development, including reviewing RFP/RFQ/SOW, supporting strategic growth targets, and coordinating design-build coordination.

Requirements
- BS Electrical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program
- 8+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience
- PE Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Valid/Unrestricted FL driver license
- Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen for Security Clearance requirements
- Active/Interim or ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
