Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering design and delivery for commercial, institutional, municipal, and related infrastructure projects.

Lead electrical design, prepare and review design documents, and develop design criteria and technical specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Eight or more years of progressive electrical engineering design experience
- Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, calculations, design coordination, construction documentation, and applicable codes
- Ability to lead technical design work, communicate with stakeholders, review others’ work, and support projects from design through construction
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, SKM PowerTools, ETAP, or similar design/analysis software
- Project experience involving medium-voltage systems, standby power, arc-flash/coordination studies, or controls interfaces
- Experience mentoring early-career engineers and supporting commissioning or field engineering
