Role OverviewUT Southwestern is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Technician to lead the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our complex 138kv substation and electrical distribution system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of hands-on work experience, strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of driving operational safety and infrastructure reliability.

As a Senior Electrical Systems Technician, you will apply advanced diagnostic expertise to solve critical system failures, ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards, and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements
