Job Description
This position administers Employee and Labor Relations programs, mitigates risk through policy application, and resolves complex employee and management inquiries. Occasional travel to the Detroit office is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related area
  • Five (5) years experience in Human Resources or related area
  • Experience in a union environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem resolution, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Human Resources laws
