Job Description
Join our growing UT Southwestern Human Resources team as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and help launch the first state psychiatric hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 9 years of professional experience in one or more areas of specific HR/ER management, including at least three (3) years in assigned area with High School Diploma or
  • 5 years of professional experience in one or more areas of human resource management, including at least three (3) years in assigned area with Bachelor's Degree.
