Join UT Southwestern as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and help launch the first state psychiatric hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth. Provide guidance on policy interpretation, facilitate advice and problem resolution on employee matters, and ensure compliance with workplace policies, training, and health/safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 9 years of professional experience in one or more areas of specific HR/ER management
  • 5 years of professional experience in one or more areas of human resource management
