Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to ensure consistent and thorough management of Employee Relations processes, including performance management. The successful candidate will leverage advanced business and industry knowledge to make process enhancements and lead Employee Relations and Corrective Action processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • PHR, SPHR, CEBS, or CBP certification preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
