Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company looking for a Senior Enablement Operations Manager to drive enablement strategy, tool adoption, and process optimization across sales teams.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and deal cycles
  • Experience owning or driving tool adoption and enablement (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, repeatable workflows
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong program management and execution skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in sales (e.g., conversational intelligence, automation tools)
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
