Role OverviewThe Senior Energy + Environment Project Manager will provide project and technical leadership while helping Fisher pursue new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. The role combines program management, environmental permitting, regulatory coordination, proposal development, agency interaction, and technical guidance across complex energy and environmental programs.
What You Will Do
Lead new business development efforts and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects. Oversee program-wide projects, including project setup, planning, safety analysis, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Remediation and Environmental Engineering, Geology, Planning Environmental Sciences, or another related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of site investigation, project permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.
- Strong technical and business development background.
- Complete understanding of MS Office programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to interpret and apply site investigation and remediation practices and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage projects, time, tasks, changing priorities, deliverables, and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Ability to build trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and outcomes with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
