Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior Energy Structured Origination professional to lead the development and execution of complex risk management and financing solutions for clients across the North American upstream oil & gas and power sectors.
What You Will Do
Originate and execute structured commodity transactions for upstream producers, power generators, and energy companies, develop custom hedging and structured derivative solutions, and structure transactions tied to production profiles, reserve bases, and generation portfolios.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or another related field
- 7-10+ years of structured commodity transaction experience
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client facing experience
