Role OverviewThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe), Strategic Industries Delivery Practice is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. The role combines scope management, technical expertise with strong project leadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for clients.
What You Will Do
As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.

Requirements
- 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience
- 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
- 5+ years of cloud computing experience
- Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals
