Job Description
The Senior Engineer End User Compute will lead the subregional L2 IT support team and provide on-site and remote support to end-users, collaborate with IT Engineering teams, and maintain IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in EUC engineering or IT infrastructure roles
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL Intermediate or equivalent certification desirable
