Job Description
John Deere is a company that invests in its people and technology to tackle the world's biggest challenges. The company is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on the Equipment Manager within Ops Center and develop high-quality JD ISG Applications like TRS / OCE using React.js / Java. The position is eligible for remote work, but preference is for candidates located in the Urbandale or Des Moines area.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of combined experience with JS, React.js, Java / Node.js in building web client and / or server side services
  • 3 or more years of experience with AWS Cloud platforms
  • 4 or more years of experience in test driven development, CI/CD, Acceptance / Contract test development
  • 4 or more years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in interpersonal communication and working in a team environment
  • Experience in multiple programming languages / frameworks like redux, Mobx, Spring, Java etc.
  • AWS Services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3
  • Experience in Precision Ag Technologies
  • Advanced Engineering degree
