As a Senior Engineer in the New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, designing cutting-edge products, and bringing ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Leadership of new product development projects from inception to completion
  • Project leadership and coordination of cross-functional team members working on projects
  • Ability to interface directly with external customers
  • Manufacturing systems knowledge: FMEA, Process Flow and mapping, Production readiness/release for production requirements
  • Solidworks for design of new products
  • Hands-on, mechanically inclined. Understands equipment
  • Determines scope, budget, and implementation timeframes of assigned projects
  • Demonstrates in-depth technical expertise for assigned projects
  • Problem solving skillset and ability to bring team members together with a common goal
