Job Description
In this position, you’ll help lead efforts to evaluate and enhance modeling approaches that better capture reliability risks and assess the capacity value of both existing and emerging resources. You’ll apply your technical perspective to interpret planning data across MISO and the broader industry, identifying trends and potential challenges. Along the way, you’ll serve as a resource for teammates—sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and supporting the development of less experienced engineers—while collaborating across teams to continuously improve Resource Adequacy processes.
