Job Description
Asset Planning provides cost-effective engineering solutions for upgrading, expanding, repairing, maintaining and reliably operating the power system assets safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering is required
  • Applicants with performing power flow studies and stability studies using Siemens Power Technologies Inc (PTI) Power System Stabilizer (PSS/E) including using Python, or equivalent power system analysis software are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants with experience in transmission planning, use of Siemens PTI PSS/E software and transmission equipment are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants with an understanding of the ERCOT Power Market are encouraged to apply
