As a Senior Engineer, Workday ATS, you'll drive technical excellence and innovation across our Talent Acquisition platform, configuring Workday Recruiting and ATS tech stack. You'll build automated solutions, manage quality lifecycle, and ensure compliance and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years with SaaS/Cloud HR technology
  • Significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
  • Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Strong technical skills in Workday Recruiting configuration
  • Experience with recruiting automation tools and test automation
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building recruiting analytics
