Job Description
Roku is looking for a Senior Engineer, Workday ATS to design and own the end-to-end Workday Recruiting configuration and integration strategy for Recruiting, Advanced Recruiting, Career Site, ATS integrations (HiredScore, Paradox), Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years with SaaS/Cloud HR technology and significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
  • Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Strong technical skills in Workday Recruiting configuration, Calculated Fields, Workday Studio, or EIB for data management, integration troubleshooting, and understanding of API-based recruiting technology ecosystems
  • Experience with recruiting automation tools, test automation and quality engineering, and data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of recruiting compliance requirements and ability to configure systems to meet regulatory obligations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and experience managing or contributing to enterprise-scale Workday implementations or transformations
