Job Description
Roku is changing how the world watches TV and we're looking for a Senior Engineer to lead our Workday Recruiting/Talent Acquisition platform. You'll drive configuration strategy, automation, integration optimization, and continuous validation at scale. This is a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years with SaaS/Cloud HR technology and significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
  • Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Strong technical skills in Workday Recruiting configuration, Calculated Fields, Workday Studio, or EIB for data management, integration troubleshooting, and understanding of API-based recruiting technology ecosystems
