Job Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Senior Engineering Auditor to perform independent reviews of payment requests for New York City funded construction and construction-related work. The ideal candidate will have six years of full-time paid experience in a related field and a supervisory capacity.

Requirements

  • Six years of full-time paid experience as an architect, engineer, construction superintendent, mason, carpenter, plasterer, iron worker, and/or inspector of construction
  • One year of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Completion of an approved five year apprenticeship program in housing construction inspection
  • Three years of apprenticeship in housing construction inspection
  • Two years of education in an accredited college or technical school in subjects directly related to construction
