Role OverviewThe Senior Engineering Manager will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, drive high engineering standards, and architect modern applications. They will manage end-to-end execution of complex software initiatives, align resource allocation with organizational strategy, and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies. The Senior Engineering Manager will also define Agile processes, enforce clear Definitions of Done, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the broader organization.

The Senior Engineering Manager will evaluate team performance, backlog health, and code quality using key metrics. They will also design scalable SaaS solutions on Azure, powered by robust CI/CD automation and modern API security practices. Additionally, they will integrate AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and architect customer-facing AI features.
