GameChanger is a remote-first tech company based in New York City that is solving some of the biggest challenges in youth sports today. The company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building capabilities and innovative features for its iOS, Android, and web apps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading engineering teams
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Technically fluent across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web and backend with familiarity in working with large data sets
  • Experience designing and scaling systems that enable rich, reliable mobile and web experiences
  • Grounded in delivery excellence, bringing clarity, prioritization, and accountability to how teams ship and create impact
