Role OverviewAs an Engineering Program Manager, you will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product execution, test, and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible, and results-driven in a collaborative peer environment.
What You Will Do
Coordinate internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process, drive cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet defined requirements, and manage the deliverables for the release of products through their development lifecycles.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project engineering and/or Program Manager experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in related discipline (e.g. EE, ME, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through NPI (New Production Introduction) development using a Product Lifecycle process
- Ability to drive teams and remove roadblocks to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Maintain foresight when planning through product lifecycle
- Experience delivering consumer electronic products preferred
- Experience working in a dynamic engineering environment and real-time crisis resolution skills
- Strong desire to drive project development using well defined processes and metrics
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for each audience
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
- Priority on Teamwork; must be able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
