This position applies advanced civil engineering knowledge to the creation and modification of site development plans, grading designs, and utility layouts using industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D.

Requirements
- Typically a minimum of 11 years related work experience
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
- Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Design Related Technology (preferred)
