Role OverviewTransform technology into opportunity as a Senior Enterprise Performance Management Systems (EMS) Engineer with GDIT. In this role, you will support mission-critical enterprise IT systems and contribute to the modernization of agency operations.
What You Will Do
Administer, maintain, and optimize NetScout nGeniusONE, nGeniusPULSE, InfiniStream, and associated performance monitoring infrastructure. Provide day-to-day administration of Red Hat-based Linux distributions (CentOS, RHEL, Oracle Linux). Troubleshoot system-level issues, analyze OS logs, and monitor disk space, CPU, and memory utilization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Active Security+ CE (or higher) at time of hire
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise monitoring, network operations, observability platforms, performance engineering, or enterprise network environments
- Experience administering NetScout nGeniusONE and InfiniStream solutions is highly desired but not required
- Experience supporting enterprise observability, application performance monitoring, or network monitoring platforms will be considered
- Strong background in network performance monitoring, enterprise observability, service assurance, or operational analytics
