Role OverviewThe Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer will lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture development through integration, testing, and deployment. The role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph and a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline. The candidate will serve as a technical leader, working directly with government stakeholders and engineering teams to develop scalable, mission-focused solutions supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
What You Will Do
The Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer will analyze user requirements, develop system requirements specifications, and lead systems engineering, design, integration, and implementation activities throughout the system lifecycle. The role involves developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), system architectures, and systems engineering documentation, as well as communicating technical recommendations and project status to government customers, program leadership, and senior executives.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Experience developing comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions
- Experience conducting end-to-end system trade analyses and lifecycle engineering activities
