Role Overview

CK is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant / Project Manager to join our growing Risk Assessment, Remediation & Waste team. This role is ideal for an accomplished consultant who enjoys leading complex environmental projects, mentoring staff, developing client relationships, and helping shape the future of a growing technical practice.

What You Will Do

Lead environmental assessment, remediation, and waste management projects from proposal through successful completion. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, invoicing, quality assurance/quality control, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including progressive project management responsibilities.
  • Strong experience with: Soil and groundwater investigations, Environmental site assessments, Corrective action and remediation, and Risk assessment
  • Experience managing environmental consulting projects from proposal through completion.
  • Working knowledge of: RCRA, TRRP, CERCLA, Louisiana and Texas environmental regulations, and solid and hazardous waste permitting and compliance
  • Experience serving industrial clients, including petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, energy, refining, transportation, or other industrial facilities.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
