Role OverviewJoin our growing team in San Jose, CA as a Senior Environmental Engineer with project management experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment. You will manage water and wastewater treatment planning, design, and services during construction for various water-related projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed engineering plans and specifications, leading small design and technical teams, and developing client relationships.
What You Will Do
Independently perform technical analyses, prepare and review technical reports, design environmental protection systems, and develop facility management plans. You will also provide technical support for permitting, regulatory approvals, and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of environmental engineering principles, methods, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and meet project deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Typically, a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Environmental Engineering or related field
- Experience in preparation of plans and permit applications for environmental projects
- Prior experience in guidance and development of less experienced colleagues
- Typically certified in the SMS Framework, and progressing through the SMS competencies
