Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Environmental Manager to provide enterprise leadership for environmental conformance and regulatory compliance across U.S. operations. This person will lead and develop environmental teams, own and manage the JBS Beef USA Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and oversee environmental compliance and assurance programs.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this role include leading environmental teams, managing the ISO 14001 certification program, overseeing environmental compliance and assurance programs, and providing technical leadership for environmental programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline (or equivalent directly related experience)
- 5+ years of senior/upper management experience in the engineering and food manufacturing industry
- Experience in the food industry, preferably meat, required
- Demonstrated multi-site environmental compliance leadership, including permitting and regulator interface
- Proven experience implementing/maintaining an ISO 14001 EMS, including internal audits, management review, CAPA, and certification readiness/surveillance support
