Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental assessment and remediation consulting projects in the Buffalo, New York area. This senior-level position combines technical environmental expertise with project leadership, client relationship management, staff development, and financial oversight.
What You Will Do
Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from proposal and scope development through execution, reporting, invoicing, and closeout. Serve as a primary client contact, provide senior technical review, mentor junior professionals, and help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant environmental consulting experience, a bachelor's and/or master's degree in a relevant field, and the ability to obtain local professional licenses. Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant environmental consulting or closely related professional experience
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental or Natural Science, Geology, or another discipline applicable to environmental consulting
- Ability to obtain the applicable local professional license through reciprocity within three months of hire
- Ability to secure additional licenses or certifications when required by specific project assignments
- Valid driver's license when driving is required as part of assigned job responsibilities
