Senior Equipment Reliability Engineer

As a Sr. Reliability Engineer, you'll drive equipment reliability and availability across production lines through proactive reliability programs, root cause failure analysis, and engineering support for capital projects and equipment modifications. You'll lead the charge to investigate downtime events, develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies, and ensure existing equipment is supported to maintain operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities include leading and facilitating RCFA investigations, developing and maintaining reliability programs, providing engineering support for capital projects, analyzing equipment performance data, and collaborating with vendors to recommend changes.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, OR 4+ years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing or critical infrastructure environment
• 5+ years of combined experience in maintenance management, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or equipment engineering in an automated manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading RCFA/RCA investigations using structured methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a major CMMS platform (e.g., Hexagon EAM, SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint) including asset hierarchy management, work order configuration, and reporting
• Experience leading or supporting CMMS implementation and rollout including system configuration, data migration, user training, and adoption
