Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects. This role is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and developing comprehensive cost estimates for drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and related interior systems.
What You Will Do
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior construction projects, review architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing, and prepare complete bid proposals.

Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior construction trades.
- Commercial interior construction estimating experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar construction platforms is preferred.
