Job Description
The Senior Estimator will manage all aspects of estimate development, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality. They will complete their estimates by performing a thorough and complete bid analysis, reviewing all relevant project data, facts, and information. The Senior Estimator must be capable of presenting their estimate to the leadership team and the client, demonstrating high competency of all components of the estimate and include back-up supporting documentation to defend the estimate and the information used to assemble it.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant Construction/Project Management and/or Estimating experience
  • College graduate with a relevant degree
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software (WinEst, B2W or similar), take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff or similar), BIM tools (Revit, Assemble, etc.), project management software (CMiC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
  • Project Management proficiency: scheduling, cost management, client management
