Job Description
Senior Estimator, Commercial for Bell in Fort Worth, TX. Responsible for supporting pre-proposal activities, preparing material cost estimates, and performing quality reviews of cost estimates. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Math, or related field, and 2+ years of experience in pricing, estimating, cost controls, business management, industrial engineering, or related field in aerospace/US Department of Defense manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Math or other related field from an accredited university
  • Two years of pricing, estimating, cost controls, business management, industrial engineering or related experience in the aerospace/US Department of Defense manufacturing industry
  • Basic knowledge of US Government contracting, experience in the development of price proposals under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), or familiarity with commercial aerospace pricing practices
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
