Job Description
The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in the successful execution of residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects, creating detailed estimates, managing projects, and ensuring quality delivery while maintaining budget and schedule requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or contents estimating
  • Residential estimating experience exceeding $50,000 and commercial estimating experience up to $100,000
  • Successful completion of Estimating Platform Level 1 and 2 user certification
  • Successful completion of Xactimate Intermediate Training
  • National rate and material invoicing experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
  • Strong understanding of MSDS data and job applicability
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors
