Job Description
At Fluor, we are seeking a Senior Estimator to work on the California High-Speed Rail Authority project, developing cost estimates and supporting program delivery and management services. The role requires 15+ years of estimating experience, with a focus on transit work and large project sizes over $1B.

Requirements

  • Develop cost estimates for CAHSR from planning conceptual level to final design and construction cost estimates
  • Facilitate the development of information used to develop cost estimates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of programmatic business plans, program baselines, and project update reports
  • Review contractor estimates and claims
  • Develop policies and procedures for programmatic cost estimating
