Job Description
Granger Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in expanding their presence in the Ohio market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and preconstruction, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction estimating and preconstruction.
  • Expertise in construction materials, systems, and best-value decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in office, estimating, scheduling, and accounting software; experience with CostX is a plus.
  • Sharp analytical skills to accurately calculate, assess risk, and develop creative, resourceful solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • An assertive, highly motivated, and self-starting approach to work.
