Job Description
The Department of Design and Construction seeks a Senior Cost Estimator to work with the Front-End Planning team to develop pre-design phase cost estimates for budget planning purposes across a range of projects. The selected candidate will work with the FEP Program Executives to analyze sponsor agency needs and existing conditions to develop cost analyses to confirm accuracy of funding provided by sponsor agencies.
Requirements
One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, or related field
Authorization to work in the United States is required
