Job Description

The Senior Estimator reports to the Director of Strategic Growth and plays a pivotal role in the construction project lifecycle by providing accurate cost estimates and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in construction cost estimation, preferably in commercial or residential construction
  • Certification in cost estimating (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
