Role OverviewWork closely with the team and customers to create innovative solutions for document management, content management, social collaboration, and enterprise search. Provide technical assistance and training to end users and the Service Desk. Assist with strategic planning and direction of the content management platform.
What You Will Do
Design and customize SharePoint sites, identify areas for automation, drive adoption of ECM products, and provide expert advice on SharePoint functionality. Participate in requirements gathering and testing of new features and functions.
