Job Description
The Senior Event Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale, high-volume group and catering events while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive event planning, hotel convention services experience, preferably in a full-service or convention hotel environment.
  • Proven experience independently managing complex, high-volume group and convention events.
  • Strong knowledge of event detailing, banquet event orders (BEOs), and group resume processes.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills with the ability to confidently lead planning discussions and event logistics.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
