Job Description
The Senior Event Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale, high-volume group and catering events while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive event planning, hotel convention services experience, preferably in a full-service or convention hotel environment.
Proven experience independently managing complex, high-volume group and convention events.
Strong knowledge of event detailing, banquet event orders (BEOs), and group resume processes.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills with the ability to confidently lead planning discussions and event logistics.
Ability to problem solve quickly and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
