As a Senior Events Specialist, you will support the development and execution of consumer event programs for Legal Adult Nicotine Users (21+). This role partners with Brand, Legal, Digital, and agencies to deliver compliant, brand-building events tied to business goals.

Support the annual event calendar, develop activation ideas, track and report event performance results, manage agencies and vendors, and align with internal teams on event concepts and execution needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of events experience on the brand/client or agency side
- Experience with fabricators, vendors, agencies, and brand-side events
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and cross-functional partners
