Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Senior Leadership. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, sound judgment, and a high degree of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Requirements

  • Manage daily calendars, meetings, and appointments with flexibility and discretion.
  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and presentation materials.
  • Arrange corporate travel, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and meeting accommodations, and handle last-minute changes.
  • Support occasional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Coordinate and maintain Senior Leaders' calendars and expense reports and provide administrative support on various tasks as required.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with special projects, often involving research and data collection.
  • Handle confidential matters and independently manage special assignments.
  • Provide general administrative support and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Mentor junior administrative staff and model exceptional client service across the organization.
