Role OverviewThe Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, working in close partnership with the Executive Assistant and reporting into the Chief of Staff. This role supports the Executive Office, currently partnering with a team of four executives, and is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning across executive priorities.
What You Will Do
The Senior Executive Assistant will proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, and help executives prioritize their time to maximize impact. They will serve as a key partner in implementing executive preferences and decisions, maintaining strong communication and alignment across the Executive Office.

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
