Role Overview

Origence is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to our President & CEO and other senior executives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Administrative Services and Board Relations, this role serves as a trusted partner responsible for managing priorities, coordinating executive activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

What You Will Do

Manage complex calendars for the President & CEO and senior executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and resolving conflicts. Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports, including executive expenses requiring Board Chair review and approval. Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities to maximize executive effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of executive administrative experience
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting a President, CEO, or comparable executive leader in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives and managing competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and confidential communications
