Senior Experience Designer, AdTech

As a Senior Experience Designer on the AdTech team, you will lead the design of intuitive and user-centric solutions that empower Ads lifecycle management workflows and services. You will report to the Design Manager and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering leads, and subject matter experts.

What You Will Do

You will lead end-to-end design for complex features and products, from early concept through final delivery, ensuring a high-quality user experience. You will use research, data, and usability insights to inform design decisions and improve on solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products or services, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar)
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in an agile or iterative environment
• Experience with user-centric design methods, including research interpretation and usability best practices
• Experience designing for complex systems, workflows, or large-scale products
• Bonus: Experience designing for advertising platforms, marketing tools, or monetization systems
• Familiarity with ad lifecycle concepts such as campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, and reporting
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, including dashboards, tables, and reporting tools
